Food and Beverage Service NCII
Program Overview
This program is design to provide skills and knowledge necessary to qualify for entry positions in hotels, restaurants, country clubs, catering, sales, fine dining, and quick services with emphasis in front office management, food preparation, guest services, sanitation, menu planning, purchasing and others. Upon successful completion of this program, the student shall be able to pass the competency assessment of TESDA in the following competencies with National Certificate Level II
Descriptions :
The program provides knowledge and skills on the basics of food and beverage service in food establishments such as restaurants, hotels, canteens, clubs, and resorts.

Students are also trained to provide room service, prepare tables, clean and clear food service areas.
